Vibrating conveyors and feeders that move fragile or hot material without a single moving part in the product stream. An electromagnetic or inertial drive shakes the trough or tube; the material travels in controlled hops, self-cleaning along the way.
Vibrating Conveyor Types
Two machine families: the tubular and trough vibrating conveyor for horizontal transfer, and the GZG vibrating feeder for controlled discharge from hoppers and silos. Both are offered in suspended or foot-mounted execution.
Tubular vs Trough
The tubular body contains dust completely and suits powder, granule and mildly hazardous material; the open trough allows inspection and cooling, and suits hot clinker, castings and abrasive lump material. Frames in carbon steel or stainless, with optional lining for wear duty.
Vibrating Feeder GZG
GZG inertial feeders meter material from the hopper outlet onto screens, crushers or belt conveyors. The GZG feeder page lists model-by-model trough sizes and throughput, and pairs directly with the mining screening range.
Inclined and Horizontal Layouts
Conveyors run horizontal or inclined up to roughly 10° depending on material; upward paths are better handed to a bucket elevator or screw. Drive positions, isolation frames and support steel are quoted from your layout drawing.
