Frequently Asked Questions — MOQ, Lead Time, Payment Terms and Shipping

Answers to the questions buyers ask before the first order — MOQ, lead time, payment terms, packing and spare parts. If your question is not covered, send it to us directly.

Ordering and MOQ

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard models can be ordered from a single unit, and mixed models can be combined in one order. The MOQ for your specific configuration is confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice before payment.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a brand and sourcing company for screening and conveying equipment. Production is carried out by our manufacturing partners in Xinxiang, Henan — China’s vibrating screen industry belt — where key machining and testing are completed in-factory. This structure lets one inquiry cover screens, conveyors, bag handling equipment and spare parts from the most suitable production line for each.

Can we visit the factory?

Yes. Visits are arranged in Xinxiang, Henan. If travel is not practical yet, we arrange a live or recorded video tour of the workshop, a machine under test and the packing process.

Lead Time

What is your lead time?

Lead time is confirmed per machine in the quotation, because it depends on model, deck configuration, contact material and the production schedule at order time. Standard configurations are faster than custom builds — tell us your deadline and we confirm feasibility before you commit.

Payment Terms

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is by telegraphic transfer (T/T) against the proforma invoice; letter of credit terms can be discussed for larger orders. Exact terms, currency and split (deposit/balance) are stated on the proforma invoice for every order.

Shipping and Packing

How do you pack machines for sea freight?

Machines ship in export packing suited to the model and destination, and the container loading plan is worked out per order so freight is quoted on real numbers, not guesses. Shipping terms — EXW, FOB or CIF — are quoted as you prefer.

Can you match our country’s voltage?

Yes. Motors are configured to your destination grid — voltage and frequency are confirmed before production starts. Standard domestic configuration is 380V/50Hz; export machines are built to the grid standard you confirm at ordering.

After-Sales and Spare Parts

What is the warranty and spare parts policy?

Warranty terms and the wear-parts list for your machine are confirmed in the sales contract before ordering. Common wear items — screen mesh, springs, seals and bouncing balls — can be reordered for every machine we supply; we recommend keeping one or two mesh sets with the first order.

Do you provide installation and commissioning?

Machines ship with an operation manual, and commissioning support is provided by video call with our engineers. On-screen duties like mesh replacement take about 3–5 minutes on tumbler and rotary models.

Technical Questions

What material can your machines handle?

Three duty families: powders, granules and slurries. Typical applications include chemical powders (PVC resin, pigments, dyes), food and pharmaceutical material (starch, sugar, salt, milk powder, herbal powder), minerals and building materials (zinc oxide, aluminum powder, clay, quartz sand), and environmental duty (waste liquid, clay slurry). Corrosive and food-contact duties are matched with the right contact material — 304 as standard, 316L optional.

What is the finest mesh you can achieve?

Our tumbler screen range reaches 500 mesh (about 25 µm) at a nominal screening accuracy of 90–95% (works-trial data). For ultra-fine material we recommend a sieving trial with your sample before ordering — send it to us and we run it on the target machine.

Do you have CE certification for the EU market?

Standard machines are not supplied with CE marking. Third-party testing and conformity assessment can be arranged through accredited laboratories on request — scope, cost and schedule are quoted per machine. See our quality assurance and compliance page for what is provided with every shipment.
