Replacement parts for every machine we sell — stainless woven mesh from 2 to 500 mesh, silicone bouncing balls, and ultrasonic transducer sets. Parts are cut and clamped to the original machine dimensions, so a mesh change takes minutes, not an hour of trimming and re-tensioning.

Bouncing Balls & Cleaning Rings
Silicone bouncing balls and ring-style cleaning systems sit under the deck and keep apertures open on sticky or fibrous powders. Sold as full kits per deck diameter, matched to the tray layout of the XZS and tumbler frames.
Ultrasonic Transducers
Transducer rings, generators and connecting cables for ultrasonic de-blinding kits — the same units factory-fitted on the ultrasonic vibrating screen. Supply the screen diameter and mesh range and we match the kit.
Gaskets & Clamps
Food-grade silicone gaskets, clamp rings, tension bolts and lock rings keep frames sealed and mesh beds tight. Recommended as a wear-kit with every second mesh change.
Spare Parts Kit
With every machine order we recommend a start-up spares kit: two mesh sets per deck, one ball kit, one gasket set and — on ultrasonic models — a spare transducer. Kits ship with the machine or to a schedule; the XZS parts list shows the standard kit for the round separator.
