An ultrasonic transducer ring keeps fine mesh from blinding, so 400-500 mesh powder screens continuously instead of stopping for cleaning. The XZS-U builds the ultrasonic de-blinding system onto the XZS round separator platform that XiaoJiao Trading Co. supplies from one set.
How Ultrasonic De-Blinding Works
A high-frequency ultrasonic vibration is superimposed on the mesh surface through a transducer. The mesh micro-vibrates at a frequency the powder cannot follow, so particles do not wedge into the apertures. The result is a stable open area on very fine mesh, where a standard deck would blind within minutes.
Transducer and Generator Configuration
The system pairs a mesh-mounted transducer with a matched generator box. Exact transducer size, power rating and generator settings are confirmed at quotation against your material and target mesh, because the right configuration depends on how aggressive the blinding is.
Mesh Range 200-500
This variant is aimed at 200-500 mesh fine powder, including strongly agglomerating and electrostatic material. Fine-mesh output and efficiency figures are quoted from works-trial data with your sample material wherever possible.
Materials That Blinded Before
Typical candidates: pigment and dyestuff, metal powder, additive masterbatch, active pharmaceutical intermediate and other powders that previously had to be screened on coarse mesh or brushed clean by hand.
Compared with Bouncing Balls
Bouncing-ball cleaning is cheap and works well down to medium-fine mesh. Once apertures go below roughly 200 mesh, balls stop clearing the surface and ultrasonic becomes the practical option. The two can be discussed together in one quotation.

We prefer to confirm on a works trial or sample test before quoting a guaranteed figure. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application.
