Bag Dumping Stations
Manual emptying of 25-50 kg sacks at a downflow booth that captures dust at the source. The TLZ bag dump station is offered single- or dual-station with an integral dust collector and optional screener; details on the bag dumping stations page.
Dust Control Options
Every station is specified with dust handling matched to the material: integral cartridge or bag filter units, reverse-pulse cleaning, and extraction spigots for connection to a central system. Closed FIBC frames add a spout-clamp collar and inflatable seal so no dust escapes at the bag outlet.
FIBC Types Explained
- Spout-bottom big bags — sealed discharge, dust-tight clamp collar.
- Full-open bottom bags — iris breaker or massage kit to start flow.
- Single-trip bags with liners — liner-cutting tool and liner retention.
