Bulk bag unloading systems for 500-2000 kg FIBCs, in sealed dust-free or open frame versions, with optional hoist and surge hopper. Frames are sized to your bag geometry and headroom, and discharge into screw, pneumatic or vacuum transfer downstream.
Closed Type (CDB)
The CDB closed-type unloader seals the bag spout to a clamp collar with inflatable gasket, so powder never meets the room. Suited to fine and hazardous powders — pigments, additives, flour-grade chemicals — where containment is the whole point of the machine.
Open Type
Open frames suit granule and non-dusting material where speed of bag change matters more than containment: no collar, no sealing cycle, bag swapped in under a minute. Offered with the same frame and hoist options as the closed version.
Dust-Free Discharge
On the closed type, dust control is layered: spout collar seal, slight negative pressure drawn by the integral filter unit, and reverse-pulse cleaning so the filter survives sticky powder. Discharge aid options — vibratory pad or bag activator — keep cohesive powders flowing to the last kilo.
Hoist and Frame Options
- Electric hoist + trolley on a monorail, or forklift slots on the bag frame.
- Single- or dual-station layout for continuous discharge.
- Surge hopper below the spout, with level control and discharge valve.
- Load cells for bag-weight inventory if required.
Throughput Selection
Rule of thumb: a single spout discharges a 1000 kg bag in 5–15 minutes depending on powder and discharge aid. For continuous duty, pair two stations or add the surge hopper; for dosing duty, add a weigh hopper. The TLZ bag dump station covers the 25-50 kg sack route instead.
