Heavy-duty screening equipment for ore, sand, aggregate and slurry dewatering, built with replaceable wear liners and high-frequency decks. Frames are welded and stress-relieved, vibration drives are sized for continuous duty, and deck media is offered in woven wire, polyurethane panel or punched plate.
Trommel Screen
The rotary drum screen handles high-volume bulk solids — compost, soil, wood chips, ore scrubbing feed — at large apertures where flat screens clog. Segmented drum panels are replaced individually, keeping wear-part cost low.
Dewatering Screen
A 0–5° inclined deck with high-frequency, high-G vibration pulls surface water out of sand and slurry. The sand dewatering screen cuts moisture to stackable consistency before stockpiling or bagging.
High Frequency Screen
Fine slurry passes a polyurethane-panel deck vibrated at high frequency, recovering values a conventional screen would carry straight over. The fine slurry screening machine is used for tailings recovery and kaolin classification.
Probability Screen
Large-aperture decks at steep inclination split the feed stream probabilistically, giving high capacity in a compact frame. The probability screen suits fuel, minerals and abrasive granular feed where absolute cut accuracy is secondary to throughput.
Wear-Liner Options
Contact surfaces are specified per application: stainless woven wire for fine cuts, polyurethane panels for abrasive slurry, punched plate for coarse scalping. All liners bolt in from the outside — the screening machine parts page lists replacement media.
Machines in this range
- Trommel Screen — A rotating drum screen for high-volume bulk solids – compost, soil, wood chips and construction waste – where a flat deck would blind or clog.
- Dewatering Screen — A dewatering screen removes surface moisture from sand and slurry, cutting water carry-over and recovering solids before the settling pond.
- High Frequency Vibrating Screen — High-frequency vibration keeps fine slurry moving through the deck, recovering material that a conventional screen would carry straight over.
- Probability Screen — A probability screen uses large-aperture deck surfaces instead of fine mesh, so wet or sticky aggregate screens at high tonnage without blinding.
- Mining Vibrating Screen — A heavy-duty mining screen built around a reinforced deck and replaceable wear liners, sized for ore and aggregate at high tonnage.
