Heavy Duty Deck Construction
Reinforced side plates, cross members and a stress-relieved frame carry the high dynamic loads of coarse screening. Deck surfaces are specified per duty: punched plate, woven mesh or bar decks.
Wear Liner Materials
Feed impact zones, decks and chutes take replaceable liners in abrasion-resistant steel. This is what separates a mining screen from a light industrial screen – the wearing parts are designed to be changed, not the machine.
Drive Options
Drive arrangement (single or dual vibration motors, or exciter blocks) is selected against machine size and duty. Installation angle and vibration parameters are set for your material, not defaulted.
Screen Media Choices
Mesh type, aperture and open area are chosen together with the cut analysis you provide. Multiple decks give two or three cuts in one machine.
Installation and Support

A: XiaoJiao Trading Co., Ltd. is a sourcing and export company based in Changyuan, Henan, China. We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
