Machine documentation is available for every model we supply — datasheets, dimension drawings, a mesh conversion chart and installation guides. Files are sent by email, usually within one working day; no form beyond your address is required for the basics.
Product Datasheets
Datasheets list the technical parameters for each machine family: screening area, deck count, mesh range, motor power, layer configuration and material options. Available for all 25 product nodes — from the round vibratory separator to the tubular screw conveyor. Request datasheets by model.
Dimension Drawings
Dimension drawings show overall size, inlet and outlet positions, and foundation requirements — the numbers your engineer needs before the machine arrives. Request them together with the quotation so installation planning starts in parallel with production.
Mesh Conversion Chart
| Mesh | Opening (µm) | Opening (mm) | Typical duty |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | 850 | 0.85 | Coarse scalping, granules |
| 40 | 425 | 0.425 | Granular material grading |
| 60 | 250 | 0.25 | Milled powder classification |
| 100 | 150 | 0.15 | Chemical powder, sugar, salt |
| 200 | 75 | 0.075 | Fine powder, starch, pigments |
| 325 | 45 | 0.045 | Ultra-fine powder duty |
| 500 | 25 | 0.025 | Ultra-fine duty with ultrasonic cleaning |
Values are nominal openings for standard woven wire mesh; actual cut point depends on material characteristics. For material near the limit of a mesh class, we recommend a sieving trial with your sample.
Installation Guides
Each machine ships with an operation manual; installation guides covering foundation, wiring and commissioning steps are available for the main machine families. For projects that need it, commissioning support is provided by video call with our engineers.
Ask for documents with your inquiry — include the model or your material parameters and we will send the matching set.
