Every machine we supply is backed by verifiable quality documentation: material certificates for contact parts, an independently verified production base, pre-shipment inspection records and third-party testing arranged on request.
Material Certificates
Machines for food, pharmaceutical and chemical duty are built with contact parts in 304 stainless steel as standard, with 316L available as an option. Material certificates for the contact steel can be issued with the shipment — ask for them when ordering so they are prepared with the build, not after it.
Factory Verification
- The production facility has passed on-site factory verification by Intertek, the independent inspection body.
- The enterprise holds an AA credit rating and a Grade-A tax rating, with 13 consecutive years of published annual reports.
- Video factory tours are available before you order — watch the workshop, the machine under test and the packing process live or recorded.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before any machine is packed, we run a final inspection: dimension check against the confirmed specification, a no-load and loaded running test, and a finish review. You receive the photo and video records with the shipment documents, so you can see your machine running before it leaves the factory.
CE and Export Compliance
Standard machines are not supplied with CE marking. For buyers in the EU and other regulated markets, third-party testing and conformity assessment can be arranged through accredited laboratories at your request — scope, cost and schedule are quoted separately for each machine. Voltage and frequency are configured to your destination grid at order time, and export documents are issued per shipment.
How to Verify
Ask for the following with your quotation: material certificate plan, factory verification summary, inspection video from a comparable machine, and the packing method for your destination.
