XZS Series Specifications
Seven screen diameters (Φ600 to Φ2000 mm) with one to three decks, 2-325 mesh screening at a 960 cycles/min vibration frequency and 0.18-3.0 kW drive power. The seven models multiply by three deck layouts into 21 standard sellable configurations, and non-standard combinations are built to order.
Vibratory Separator Working Principle
A pair of vibration motors mounted on the side of the machine throws material across the deck in a spiral pattern. Fine particles pass through the mesh; oversize travels to the discharge outlet. One pass gives you separation, de-dusting and lump removal together, which is why this machine is the default first screen in most powder plants.
Materials Handled
Suitable for flour, starch, chemical powder, pigment, abrasive grain, granular intermediates and similar dry material. Contact parts are offered in carbon steel, SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, so the same machine platform covers food, chemical and general industrial duty.
Ultrasonic or Bouncing Ball Cleaning
Standard decks use bouncing-ball cleaning under the mesh. For fine or blinding-prone powder, the ultrasonic de-blinding system can be fitted on the same frame – see the ultrasonic vibrating screen variant. Brush cleaning is available for fibrous material.
OEM and Custom Mesh
Mesh, inlet and outlet positions, sealing material, voltage (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz) and legs or casters are all configurable. Private-label (OEM) marking is possible for distributors – send your requirement with the RFQ.

Standard supply covers 2-325 mesh. Fine powder above 200 mesh is normally quoted together with an ultrasonic de-blinding deck, and any fine-mesh output figure we quote is works-trial data, not a guaranteed spec.
