Design Notes
The multi deck sieve line is built for the duty where a single-pass classification or multi-grade cut has to hold tight tolerances without a second unit downstream. Each deck or mesh is fitted independently, so a single feed becomes several clean cuts in one pass.
Materials and Options
Frame and contact materials are offered in carbon steel with a sealed, food-safe option in 304 stainless. Seals are PTFE food-grade. For fine-powder duties we add an ultrasonic anti-clogging kit so the mesh does not bridge at 200 mesh and above.
How to specify
Send us the feed rate, target cut sizes and bulk density of the product, plus the downstream duty. We will return a machine size, deck layout and optional cleaning kit matched to that duty.

How many output grades does it give?
A 4-deck machine gives up to 5 cuts (one per deck plus coarsest). Most buyers run 2-3 decks for a clean 3-4 grade split. Q: Can the decks run different mesh sizes? A: Yes — each deck is fitted independently, so a single pass can separate, for example, 40 / 80 / 150 mesh in one machine. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
