Our machines are built by manufacturing partners in Xinxiang, Henan — a production base dedicated to screening equipment for over thirty years, operating under OEM, ODM and private label arrangements for buyers who need machines in their own brand.
Manufacturing Base
The production site covers a 40,000 m² (61 mu) plant area with 18,000 m² of production workshops, located in Xinxiang, Henan — the industrial belt that supplies a large share of China’s vibrating screens. Annual output reaches 10,000 units (sets) including spare parts, across three product families and 25 product nodes. The facility has passed on-site verification by Intertek, and the enterprise holds an AA credit rating with a 13-year consecutive annual-report record.
OEM and ODM Process
- Specification review. Your duty — material, mesh size, capacity, installation space — is translated into a machine configuration sheet.
- Engineering confirmation. Contact parts in 304 or 316L stainless steel, deck count, mesh arrangement, motor power and vibration parameters are fixed in writing before production starts.
- Voltage and frequency. Motors are configured to your destination grid — confirm the country standard at order time to avoid mismatches.
- Build and test. Machining, welding and assembly follow the confirmed sheet; each machine passes a running test before packing.
Private Label Options
For distributors and importers, machines can leave the factory with your brand: nameplate and logo, operation manuals in your layout, packing marks and neutral export documentation. Minimum quantities for private label arrangements are confirmed per model in the quotation.
Quality Control Steps
- Incoming material verification for steel and stainless contact parts.
- In-process checkpoints at welding, machining and assembly stages.
- Motor and vibration testing on every finished machine.
- Pre-shipment inspection: dimensions, running test and finish, recorded with photo and video before packing.
Lead Time
Lead time depends on model, deck configuration, material grade and current production schedule, so it is confirmed per machine in the quotation rather than quoted generically.
