A pneumatic vacuum conveyor moves powder through a closed pipe with no dust and no product loss, from one hopper to several destinations. The ZKS series supplied by XiaoJiao Trading Co. covers 100-1200 kg/h in five published models.
How Vacuum Conveying Works
A vacuum pump draws powder through a closed pipe into a receiving hopper; a reverse-airjet pulse cleans the filter at cycle end and the discharge valve releases the batch. Because the product never meets open air, the system doubles as dust control.
ZKS Models and Throughput
Five published models: ZKS-1 (1.5 kW, 100-300 kg/h) to ZKS-4 (5.5 kW, 800-1200 kg/h), with pipe diameters from Φ38 to Φ63 mm and 0.6 MPa air supply. Throughput depends on material and conveying distance and is confirmed at quotation.
Filter and Discharge Options
Filter media, hopper volume and discharge valve type are selected per material. SUS304 contact construction is standard, with SUS316L offered where the application requires it.
Multiple Pickup Points
Several suction wands or pickup hoppers can share one conveying line with manual switching, so one machine can feed a mixer, a packer and a day bin from different sources.
Versus Screw Conveying
Vacuum conveying wins on dust tightness, layout freedom and multi-source feeding; a screw conveyor wins on simple, high-tonnage straight runs. Both are quoted from the same supplier, so the comparison is honest.

Can it convey 316L-contact pharmaceutical material?
The ZKS platform is offered with SUS316L contact parts, but we do not claim cleanroom or GMP certification - contact-part material and surface finish are specified and documented, and validation is your side of the boundary. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? A: XiaoJiao Trading Co., Ltd. is a sourcing and export company based in Changyuan, Henan, China. We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
