Fifteen linear screen models with one to six decks, screening up to 325 mesh at 960 rpm for continuous multi-grade separation. The DZS series has the deepest model pool of the XiaoJiao screening range: 15 sizes, each configurable in six deck layouts.
DZS Model Table (520-2060)
Deck sizes run from 500×2000 mm (DZS-520) to 2000×6000 mm (DZS-2060), in 15 standard sizes including 1020, 1030, 1224, 1525, 1530, 1540, 1560, 1840, 1850, 2040 and 2050. Every size is available with one to six decks, giving roughly 90 standard configurations.
Layered Screening Up to 6 Decks
With six decks a single machine produces up to seven fractions in one pass – a common requirement in abrasive grain grading, fertilizer sizing and plastic pellet classification where several narrow cuts are needed together.
Screening Frequency 960 rpm
Dual vibration motors run at 960 cycles/min with a 0-10 degree installation angle. Power per motor ranges from 0.25 to 3.7 kW depending on model size, and mesh coverage is 2-325 mesh.
Capacity by Bulk Density
Throughput depends on bulk density, particle shape and deck loading rather than on machine size alone. Send your material data (bulk density, target cuts, feed rate) with the RFQ and we will propose the model and deck count that matches.
Multi-Grade Separation
Each deck discharges at its own outlet along the frame, so one DZS machine can replace a train of smaller screens. Discharge positions, dust covers and quick-clamp decks are configured per application.

Tell us bulk density, target cut sizes and hourly feed rate. The 15-model range usually allows selecting a machine that fits both capacity and headroom instead of forcing a compromise. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? A: XiaoJiao Trading Co., Ltd. is a sourcing and export company based in Changyuan, Henan, China. We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
