Probability Screen — High Capacity Screening for Sand, Aggregate and Fertiliser

Probability Screening Principle

Decks run with apertures several times larger than the target cut. Particles near the cut size statistically pass or reject across the length of the deck, which is where the name comes from. The large apertures are what make the machine resistant to blinding.

Capacity Versus Vibrating Screen

On the same footprint, a probability screen processes a multiple of the tonnage a conventional screen handles on sticky or high-moisture feed, because the deck surface never chokes. The trade-off is cut precision on particles very close to the aperture size.

Rod Deck Options

Rod, bar and punched-plate deck surfaces are configured per duty. Rod decks shed wet, clay-bearing material; plate decks suit abrasive coarse cuts. Wear surfaces are replaceable sections.

Wet or Dry Operation

The machine works in both modes. In wet duty, spray bars can be integrated; in dry duty, dust enclosure is added. Both are fixed at specification stage together with the deck count.

Wear Protection

Feed boxes, decks and chutes take replaceable wear liners in abrasion-resistant steel, so the frame and drive remain service assets across many liner changes.
