A scraper conveyor drags material as a compact mass, moving it horizontally or at an incline with far less product degradation than a screw. XiaoJiao Trading Co. supplies scraper conveyors built to the length, incline and duty of your line.
En-Masse Principle
Flights on a chain move through a casing, dragging the material as one plug. Because particles move together instead of tumbling, abrasion on both product and casing stays low, and dusty material stays contained.
Chain and Flight Design
Chain type, flight spacing and casing section are matched to bulk density and lump size. Wear strips and liner sections are replaceable, and the chain is tensioned from the head section.
Capacity and Incline
Capacity follows casing cross-section and chain speed; moderate inclines are standard. Multiple inlets and outlets are arranged per your flow diagram.
Abrasive Material Options
Hardened flights, wear liners and heavier chain are specified for abrasive duty so the casing outlives several wear-part cycles.
Wear Monitoring
Inspection covers and documented wear limits let site crews check flight and liner condition on a schedule instead of waiting for failure.

En-masse conveying is gentle on most granules, but for very fragile products a vibrating conveyor is usually kinder - tell us the product and we will recommend honestly, even if it means the other machine. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? A: XiaoJiao Trading Co., Ltd. is a sourcing and export company based in Changyuan, Henan, China. We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept? A: T/T bank transfer. Alternative arrangements can be discussed for established buyers.
