Screw Conveyor
The tubular screw conveyor moves powder and granule horizontally or at shallow incline in a fully enclosed tube, with optional intermediate hangers, jacketing and multiple inlet/outlet ports. Linings and flight pitch are selected against your bulk density.
Bucket Elevator (Belt & Chain)
The belt and chain bucket elevator lifts material vertically to silos and day bins. Belt type suits free-flowing granule and powder; chain type with steel buckets handles hot, abrasive or lumpy feed. Casings are dust-tight with inspection doors at every meter.
Scraper Conveyor
The scraper conveyor drags material as a compact mass along a sealed pan — en-masse conveying for dusty, hot or abrasive material over long horizontal routes with multiple feed points.
Chain Plate Conveyor
The slat chain conveyor carries lumpy, hot or sharp material on overlapping steel slats where belts would be cut or melted — sorting lines, feed to crushers, hot slag handling.
When to Choose Mechanical
- Capacity above ~10 t/h or runs beyond ~15 m — mechanical wins on energy cost.
- Vertical lift to silo — bucket elevator is the cheapest per ton lifted.
- Sealed, dust-free route with gentle powder — consider the vacuum conveyor instead.
