A bag dump station captures dust at the point where sacks are opened, with an integrated collector and an optional screener to catch lumps. XiaoJiao Trading Co. supplies the TLZ series in two sizes for 50, 25 and 15 kg sacks.
TLZ-1 and TLZ-2 Models
Two published models: TLZ-1 with a 1.1 kW dust fan and TLZ-2 with a 1.5 kW fan, both with a 0.18 kW vibration motor on the dump grate that keeps powder flowing and prevents packing at the inlet.
Dust Collector Sizing
The integrated fan is sized to the station opening; for high-dust or high-frequency dumping, TLZ-2 or a connected central dust system is the better match. Filter service access is from the front of the station.
Built-In Screener Option
An in-line vibrating screen can be integrated below the grate to catch lumps, bag fragments and foreign objects before the powder enters your conveyor or hopper – a common requirement on food and chemical lines.
Additional Options
The platform accepts optional additions including a crusher for compacted material and a magnetic separator for metal capture. Bag sizes of 50 / 25 / 15 kg are handled on the standard grate.
Sanitary Construction
SUS304 stainless contact construction with smooth, easy-clean surfaces; the dump hood geometry keeps operator exposure away from the powder stream during opening.

We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
