A direct discharge sifter sits under a silo or process outlet and screens powder in-line, with a low profile that fits where a standard round screener cannot. The ZPS series supplied by XiaoJiao Trading Co. runs from 600 to 1500 mm in five sizes.
Where a Direct Discharge Sifter Fits
Install it directly beneath silos, mixers, conveyors or packing machines to catch lumps, foreign objects and agglomerates before the powder continues. All material enters and leaves through the same vertical axis, so no extra floor space is needed.
ZPS Models and Capacity
Five models: ZPS600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500, with 0.18-0.75 kW drives at 1440 (or 960) r/min and a single deck covering 2-325 mesh. Outline sizes run from 1070x600x502 mm (ZPS600) to 1875x1470x875 mm (ZPS1500).
In-Line Installation
Standard inlets and outlets match common pipe and spout dimensions, and the machine can be supported on legs or flanged directly to the equipment above. Because screening is single-pass with immediate discharge, it suits continuous duty.
Sanitary and Quick-Clean Options
SUS304 contact construction, quick-release clamps and smooth product-contact surfaces are available for food and fine chemical duty. Mesh change is a single clamp ring – no tools or frame disassembly.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
