Tumbler Motion plus Ultrasonic
The YBS-U keeps the low-speed tumbling action that protects fragile granules and adds an ultrasonic de-blinding transducer to the fine decks. Gentle transport and a permanently open mesh are the two properties that normally fight each other; this variant delivers both.
YBS-U Model Range
The ultrasonic system is configured on the YBS-1000 to YBS-2600 model range (1-5 decks, 0.68-5.30 m2). Transducer count and generator rating are fixed at specification stage against your material and mesh.
Sticky Powder Applications
Designed for powders that blind or cake: spray-dried extracts, seasonings with oil content, pigment pastes dried to powder, electrostatic polymer powder and similar products where a standard deck needs brushing every shift.
Transducer Maintenance
The transducer mounts on the mesh frame and is accessible from the deck side; generator settings are documented so your operators can adjust them. Spare mesh frames can be ordered with transducers pre-fitted.
Compared with Standard Tumbler
If your mesh is coarser than roughly 200 mesh and material is free-flowing, the standard tumbler is the better value. Below that, or with sticky and static powder, the ultrasonic version usually pays back in avoided downtime.

We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
