Centrifugal Sifter (QXS) — Airflow Rotary Sifter for High-Capacity Powder Screening
A centrifugal sifter uses a rotating paddle to throw powder through a cylindrical screen, giving far higher throughput per footprint than a vibratory sieve on free-flowing powder.
- Screening, feeding and conveying equipment from one supplier.
- Model selection support for material, capacity and mesh size.
- Pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records.

Centrifugal Sifter Materials & Details
Detailed product information, material, options and specification notes.
A centrifugal sifter uses a rotating paddle to throw powder through a cylindrical screen, giving far higher throughput per footprint than a vibratory sieve on free-flowing powder. XiaoJiao Trading Co. supplies the QXS series in two sizes from one set.
How a Centrifugal Sifter Works
Powder enters the horizontal cylindrical chamber, a rotating paddle or blade spreads it against the screen cylinder, and airflow carries fine particles through while oversize discharges at the end. Because the screen is continuously swept, blinding on fine mesh is largely avoided.
QXS Models and Capacity
Two published models: QXS-190 and QXS-300, in SUS304 stainless contact construction. Throughput depends on material, mesh and airflow arrangement, so capacity is confirmed at quotation against your powder data rather than published as a single number.
Screen Cylinder Options
Cylindrical mesh cartridges are offered in the relevant fineness range for your duty – up to 500 mesh on suitable powders (factory-stated; confirm by works trial). Spare cartridges can be ordered with the machine.
Versus Vibratory Sieving
For free-flowing powder in continuous lines, the airflow sifter gives more capacity in a smaller footprint with fewer vibrating parts. For fragile granules or very high-mesh sticky powder, vibratory or ultrasonic screening remains the better match.
When Airflow Wins
Typical fits: flour milling by-products, starch, milk powder replant lines, chemical powder de-agglomeration before packing – wherever large continuous volumes of free-flowing powder need one clean cut.

Centrifugal Sifter FAQ
Short answers for buyers, SEO and GEO, not a thin one-line FAQ block.
What capacity can the QXS-300 handle?
It depends on material bulk density, mesh and the fan arrangement. We confirm the capacity figure at quotation based on your powder - we do not publish a single-number claim. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? A: XiaoJiao Trading Co., Ltd. is a sourcing and export company based in Changyuan, Henan, China. We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept? A: T/T bank transfer. Alternative arrangements can be discussed for established buyers.
