A closed-type bulk bag unloader discharges 500-2,000 kg FIBC big bags dust-free, with an electric hoist, massage paddles and an integrated dust collector. XiaoJiao Trading Co. supplies the CDB series in three standard sizes plus fully custom frames.
Closed and Open Type
The closed type (CDB series) seals the bag discharge cone inside the station, so dust stays in during emptying – the standard choice for food and chemical powder. Open frames are quoted for low-dust material where enclosure is not needed.
Hoist and Frame Options
Standard CDB800, CDB1000 and CDB1400 frames carry 1 t or 2 t electric hoists; the closed-type frame runs from 1640 to 3032 mm in length with all dimensions customisable to your bay.
Dust Collection
An integrated 1.1 kW dust fan draws displaced air from the station during discharge; the closed type additionally uses a 3 kW high-pressure fan to keep the bag cone under controlled airflow.
Discharge Into Conveyor or Screen
The discharge hopper feeds your screw conveyor, vacuum conveyor or in-line sifter. Discharge rate improves with the paddling system – massage and bag-loosening devices keep compacted powder flowing.
FIBC Sizes Handled
Standard frames take 500-2,000 kg big bags with loop lifting. Bag dimensions outside the standard envelope are accommodated in the custom frame – send your bag spec with the RFQ.

Can it feed my existing line directly?
Yes - tell us what sits below the station (screw, vacuum conveyor, sifter, packing machine) and the discharge height and outlet flange will be matched to it in the drawing. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? A: XiaoJiao Trading Co., Ltd. is a sourcing and export company based in Changyuan, Henan, China. We supply this equipment through a long-term partner manufacturing base in Henan with over 40,000 m2 of workshops, and we handle specification review, quality control, export documents and after-sales coordination. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: One set. Trial orders with special configurations are accepted, and unit pricing improves with quantity. Q: Can the machine be customized? A: Yes. Deck layout, mesh size, contact material, motor voltage and frequency (110-480 V, 50/60 Hz), and inlet or outlet positions are configured to your application. Q: How are price and lead time confirmed? A: We quote after your material, target mesh, capacity and layout requirements are confirmed, and the delivery schedule is written into the proforma invoice rather than given as a verbal estimate. Q: Do the machines come with CE marking? A: Machines are not supplied with CE marking as standard. Material certificates and third-party inspection or testing, including pre-shipment inspection with photo and video records, can be arranged on request. Q: What payment terms do you accept? A: T/T bank transfer. Alternative arrangements can be discussed for established buyers.
