Thirteen powder screening machines for fine and ultra-fine material — rotary, tumbler, ultrasonic and centrifugal types, from 500-mesh capability down to lab scale. Every unit is offered in carbon steel, SS304 or SS316L contact parts, with quick-clamp openings for fast mesh changes and cleaning between grades.
Rotary Vibrating Screen
The XZS round vibratory separator is the workhorse: seven diameters from 600 to 2000 mm, one to three layers, 2–325 mesh, for classification, dedusting and lump removal in a single pass. Bouncing-ball or ultrasonic mesh cleaning keeps throughput stable. See the round vibratory separator for the full model table.
Tumbler Screen
Tumbler screens copy the hand-sieving motion: low acceleration, long stratification path, several times the accurate cut of a round separator on difficult powders. The tumbler screening machine suits fragile granules, seasonings, flour-grade powders and abrasive materials.
Ultrasonic Screening
An ultrasonic transducer ring vibrates the mesh itself at high frequency, so 400–500 mesh powder passes instead of blinding the cloth. Available as a factory-fitted option on the ultrasonic vibrating screen and on the ultrasonic tumbler screen.
Centrifugal Sifter
A rotating paddle throws powder through a cylindrical screen from the inside out — gentle on fragile agglomerates, self-cleaning, ideal for flour, starch, cocoa and chemical powders. The airflow sifter page covers models and mesh ranges.
Flow-Thru Separator
For in-line duty under silos and pneumatic conveying lines, the direct discharge sifter scalps oversize without interrupting flow — no sump, no product hold-up, sanitary clamp connections as standard.
Machines in this range
- Rotary Vibrating Screen — A round vibratory separator in seven diameters from 600 to 2000 mm, used wherever powder needs classifying, dedusting or lump removal in one pass.
- Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen — An ultrasonic transducer ring keeps fine mesh from blinding, so 400-500 mesh powder screens continuously instead of stopping for cleaning.
- Tumbler Screen — A tumbler screen copies the hand-sieving motion, giving several times the effective output of a round screen on fragile or static-prone material.
- Ultrasonic Tumbler Screen — Tumbler motion handles fragile material; the ultrasonic ring handles the blinding.
- Centrifugal Sifter — A centrifugal sifter uses a rotating paddle to throw powder through a cylindrical screen, giving far higher throughput per footprint than a vibratory sieve on free-flowing powder.
- Direct Discharge Sifter — A direct discharge sifter sits under a silo or process outlet and screens powder in-line, with a low profile that fits where a standard round screener cannot.
- Linear Vibrating Screen — Fifteen linear screen models with one to six decks, screening up to 325 mesh at 960 rpm for continuous multi-grade separation.
