Fine Screening Equipment
Round vibratory separators, tumbler screens, ultrasonic de-blinding units, centrifugal sifters and direct-discharge sifters cover dry powder classification from 2 to 500 mesh, in contact parts from carbon steel to SS316L. Typical duties: dedusting, scalping, safety screening and multi-grade size separation in food, chemical and pharmaceutical plants.
- Rotary Vibrating Screen — A round vibratory separator in seven diameters from 600 to 2000 mm, used wherever powder needs classifying, dedusting or lump removal in one pass.
- Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen — An ultrasonic transducer ring keeps fine mesh from blinding, so 400-500 mesh powder screens continuously instead of stopping for cleaning.
- Tumbler Screen — A tumbler screen copies the hand-sieving motion, giving several times the effective output of a round screen on fragile or static-prone material.
- Ultrasonic Tumbler Screen — Tumbler motion handles fragile material; the ultrasonic ring handles the blinding.
- Centrifugal Sifter — A centrifugal sifter uses a rotating paddle to throw powder through a cylindrical screen, giving far higher throughput per footprint than a vibratory sieve on free-flowing powder.
- Direct Discharge Sifter — A direct discharge sifter sits under a silo or process outlet and screens powder in-line, with a low profile that fits where a standard round screener cannot.
- Linear Vibrating Screen — Fifteen linear screen models with one to six decks, screening up to 325 mesh at 960 rpm for continuous multi-grade separation.

Mining Screening Equipment
Heavy-duty trommel screens, dewatering screens, high-frequency slurry screens, probability screens and reinforced mining screens handle ore, sand, aggregate and tailings. Decks use replaceable wear liners in polyurethane or stainless steel, sized for high tonnage continuous duty.
- Trommel Screen — A rotating drum screen for high-volume bulk solids – compost, soil, wood chips and construction waste – where a flat deck would blind or clog.
- Dewatering Screen — A dewatering screen removes surface moisture from sand and slurry, cutting water carry-over and recovering solids before the settling pond.
- High Frequency Vibrating Screen — High-frequency vibration keeps fine slurry moving through the deck, recovering material that a conventional screen would carry straight over.
- Probability Screen — A probability screen uses large-aperture deck surfaces instead of fine mesh, so wet or sticky aggregate screens at high tonnage without blinding.
- Mining Vibrating Screen — A heavy-duty mining screen built around a reinforced deck and replaceable wear liners, sized for ore and aggregate at high tonnage.
